I am a reliable, trustworthy, meticulous person who is keen to
work and gain experience to use the many skills learnt over the

Updating, building and designing websites. Involved in all aspects of assisting in this web design company, on a part time basis.

Brief8 (Lymington dot Com), Lymington.
5 weeks work placement for the end unit of my first year university course, where I worked on developing new aspects of the websites they were constructing for clients.

Summer job with a signwriting company in which I assisted with printing and making up the signs.

June to September 2003
New Milton Advertiser and Lymington Times.
Although most of my time was spent assisting in the cleaning and maintenance of their printing press which was at the time not in production I had the opportunity of visiting and running errands for all departments within the organisation.

Hobbies and Additional Information

I enjoy watching films, using the computer on which I am always experimenting particularly using interactive applications, designing my own website, digital photography and listening to music on my iPod.

I had a close association with the New Forest Runners Club and in 2004 and 2005 successfully designed and submitted a T shirt and commemorative horse brass design which was used for the New Forest 10 race in July. I also submitted a design for 2006 but unfortunately it was not chosen. Additionally I have designed and had approved logos and an identity for a local voluntary committee who look after the upkeep of a public water meadow site in New Milton and websites for a medical centre in Highcliffe and The Dunbury School.

I have developed my own website www.benmgiles.co.uk, which, although constantly evolving, will show some of the projects I have been working on recently.
